It was a story about these fish that lived in a muddy creek/river, and one of them decided to get out. All the other fish laughed at him while they wallowed in the mud, but it jumped over the bank and escaped. I don't remember it all that well, but it had a yellow and brown front cover, with a picture of the fish on the front. One of those fish that evolved weirdly, and could walk along on its fins. It had massive cartoon eyes too.
