I believe it was called Sather Gate Clothing. Also it closed about two years ago. It is down the street from the Claremont Resort.

I don't know what it was called previously, but I do know of Lora's Closet at 2926 College Avenue in Berkeley (510-845-3157). Sorry, but I don't know who the owner is. I'd guess it's Lora. :)
