What brand name children's clothes seem to run big/small? IE: Gymboree, Old Navy, Children's Place, Gap, etc.?

I have always found that Gymboree runs a bit small.

What brand name children's clothes seem to run big/small? IE: Gymboree, Old Navy, Children's Place, Gap, etc.?
I only shop for boys so I don't know if that makes a difference but...

Gymboree- shirts seem oversized compared to other brands but that's why I like them- usually with most other brands I buy bigger shirts.

Old Navy- pretty average, socks are better for narrow feet

Children's Place- runs big but shrinks alot so it evens out

Gap- about average, can be on the slim side in pants
Reply:i don't understand but if you are asking which brands we buy. well i love old navy because i can buy it a size bigger than my daughter and use the adjustable waist band to make it last the entire year. i like Walmart brand for the durability and she wears that to play in. and i love going to secondhand stores to get the name brands for cheap.
Reply:I think Limited Too runs small. Gap and Old Navy runs big. Gymboree tops run small but the bottoms run big. I have no clue about Children's Place. Abercrombie Kids runs very small. a 7 or 8 year old could wear the 9/10 tops, but the bottoms run average.
Reply:Gymboree- pretty middle of the road

Gap- great for skinny kids

Children's Place- Real Big

Osh Kosh- great for chubby kids

Old Navy- great for average size kids- socks run small though

Target brand cosco- average to skinny fit
