I saw a children's movie a long time ago. Probably made in the late 80's or early 90's. It was a sing-a-long or a musical. A girl with multicolored stockings was the main character and her world was of colors I think. There may have been like purple people and blue people, etc. I think the town lost its colors or something and she had to get them back. I don't remember. It is driving me crazy. There was definitely a girl with multicolored stockings.
