Looking for the name of children's book where a fish catches a man and keeps him as a pet...?

I remember when I was little, my favorite book was about a man that went fishing and instead of catching the fish... the fish catches him. The fish then keeps him as a pet in a little people tank under the sea. But in the end... the fish lets the man go because he is sad and misses his family. Does anyone know the name of this book???
