Do you ever give your child's toys funny names?

My nephew has a space monkey that he keeps at my house. When he comes over his space monkey destroys "bad guys"


Well, I named the bad guys Enfamils. I think it is hilarious when his monkey is destroying "Enfamils" haha!

Do you ever give your child's toys funny names?
We have an alligator named "Chompsky," who pals around with a dragon called "Noam."

Reply:We tend to name her stuffed animals with people names.





She has a butterfly named Willard, another named Beverly. Gerry the Giraffe, Bob and Henry are little bugs, etc.





Oh, and Gerry is her boyfriend. She loves him.
Reply:We bought our daughter a fish for our aquarium and asked her to name it. That's how we wound up with a fish named Chocolate.

I've been teaching my boys to say we are *Australian*. It's a bit much for them, so they say we are *Aliens*.
