Does anybody know the name of the a pig with wings brass sculpture outside the Seattle Children's Threatre?

I need to know the name of the art work and who it is by. So if anyone knows I would greatly appreciate it. I also need to know what is the name and artist of the red umbrella sculpture in Seattle, and the sculpture outside the Ivar's restaurant, it is of a man feeding seagulls.
