I can't recall most of it but, there's babies and rain and a old couple I think. I know the raindrops in the story turn into babies. And the illustrations were just wonderful. It would be a great help if you think you know what I'm talking about.
Does anyone know the name of this children's book?
Go to the children's section of a book store and ask an employee. They will probably know. The children's librarian may know, too.
