Name of children's book about a tiny girl flying on the back of a bird?

This is a chapter book I read in the early 1960s. About a tiny girl who is discovered inside a flower opening up by a bird, she ends up flying on the birds back when it begins to migrate. I thought the title was "Call of the Wind" but I have had no luck. Can anyone help? Thanks
