Looking for name of children's book or video about a bear and a pencil. This would have been 80's or 70's or even 60's. The bear drew things that worked, like Harold and the Purple Crayon. I grew up with this video in school and can't remember the name. I am not sure if there were books or not, but surely vhs tapes. Can you help?
