I was pregnant before I got married and a paternity test has proven that the man I am married to is not the father. I would like to change the name on my twin's birth certificates to the last name of their real father.

Call Vital Statistics and they can help you. Most likely you will have to take the paternity report in, along with their old birth certificates.
