Little Fog
Fog was over the city.
The fog was over the streets.
It hid the tall buildings.
A hungry cat ran in the street.
He was cold and wet from the fog.
He had no bed to sleep in.
And he had no milk to drink.
The cat looks for things to eat.
He came to a big can.
He jumped into it and dug around.
But he did not see a thing to eat.
So the hungry cat went to sleep.
A truck came down the street.
A man got down from the truck.
He went to pick up the can
As the man picked up the can, the cat jumped.
But the cat did not run away.
