Does anyone know the name of a children's book along the lines of Rebecca and the Blue Shoes?

As a kid I had a beloved children's library book, I thought it was called Rebecca and the Blue Shoes but can't find any record of a book with that name so I am probably off on the title. Thanks for helping!
